So What Will the Assessor Be Looking At In My Home?
As fully registered SEAI Assessors, Irish Energy Assessors will assess over 60 criteria in your home relating to its building fabric, including; walls, roof, windows, doors, insulation, ventilation, air tightness and heating systems.

BER Assessment For New Homes & Developments
New dwellings can be assessed directly from the plans. Existing dwellings require a house visit and survey. All certificates issued by IEA will accompany an advisory report of cost effective recommendations to increase the energy performance of the dwelling.
