Irish Energy Assessors are offering two new positions for our team

The ideal candidates will have a Certificate in Construction Studies or a similar qualification.

In house training given and taking part in online educational programs

· blower door testing in residential and commercial training (NSAI approved)
· acoustic testing (1week course in the Solent university in Southampton), SITRI approved
· part L compliance for new dwellings
· Validation of the ventilation systems. (NSAI approved)

Main responsibilities/duties will include

· Conducting the blower door tests
· Validation of the ventilation systems in residential buildings
· Conducting sound insulation on apartment blocks and residential house
· Part L compliance certificates for new dwellings
· Attending site meetings
